This blog was designed specifically for the Parenting Project/Game of Life assignment. If you’ve lost your assignment sheet you can download it by clicking on “The Game of Life” tab listed at the top and then click on the hypertext. By clicking the other tabs you will also find a copy of the rubric that I will be using to grade your project, a copy of the self evaluation form that you will be responsible for completing at the end of the project, and a copy of the timeline for the project (including when sources, projects, and forms are due).

Also note that there are many website links that you can visit on the right hand side depending on the type of family you are researching. These websites are here to help you get started. However, don’t forget that there are several other resources available to you and I encourage you to find books and databases articles in the library related to your topic.

If at any time during this project you have questions you can leave a comment on this post or any other posts by clicking “No comment” or “comment” at the top (look for the blue text). Then scroll to the bottom of the page and type your question or comment regarding the project in the box provided. First, sign your comment with your first name and last initial (ex: Jane D) and then type your question or comment.

All comments will be approved by me before they appear on the blog. When I approve your comment I will respond and your comment and the response will appear on the blog for you and your classmates to see.

Allowing you to comment or post questions will hopefully provide you with a more immediate response and it will answer some of the questions your classmates might have as well.
